Singing Hills Recreation Center
Our Diversified Electrical Solutions and Construction Solutions divisions were pleased to deliver commercial power, switching devices and lighting control, flooring, and more for the Singing Hills Recreation Center. Below are just a few of the project highlights.
A key anchor of the "Education Corridor" within the Singing Hills community of Southern Dallas, the new first-class Singing Hills Recreation Center serves as a platform for social interaction where human activities—recreation, community, and education—intersect. The center boasts a basketball court and senior center as well as community and computer facilities accessible for all generations. Additional amenities include a high-quality recording studio, a commercial kitchen, and community gathering spaces.
The project also serves as a connector based on adjacent access to the newly extended rail line, which allows transit access to the nearby university and into Downtown Dallas. The building is well-integrated into the topography of the 13.3-acre site and provides stunning views through the massive windows all around the facility.
